Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Cooling-Off and Buy-Back Policy

RICH VISION TRADEX PVT. LTD. provides a Cooling-Off Period of 10 days from the date of purchase or invoice generation. During this period, any customer or distributor may cancel the order, withdraw from the distributorship, or return the product without penalty and claim a refund.

This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and full compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and Direct Selling Guidelines, 2016.


2. Refund Amount

If a customer or distributor wishes to return the goods within the Cooling-Off Period (10 days), the company shall refund up to 85% of the total amount paid, subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods must be returned in resalable condition (unused, unopened, undamaged, in original packaging, with all labels/tags intact, and without contamination).
  • The original invoice or valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • A written refund request must be submitted through the company’s official communication channels (WhatsApp or Email).

A deduction of up to 15% will be applied to cover administrative, packaging, logistics, and handling costs. This deduction is considered reasonable and legally valid under Rule 6(5) of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, which allows direct selling entities to make reasonable deductions for saleable goods returned within the cooling-off period.


3. Return / Refund Procedure

To initiate a return or refund, the customer/distributor must follow the steps below:

  1. Notify the Branch Manager or Authorized Company Representative about the return/refund request.
  2. Send a written request clearly stating the reason for return/refund through WhatsApp (+91 8054455055) or Email (richvisiontradex@gmail.com).
  3. Attach the following documents with the request:
    • Original invoice copy
    • Product and packaging photographs
    • Bank details for refund (if applicable)
  4. The company will verify the request and confirm receipt of the returned product.
  5. Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 15 working days through the same mode of payment used for purchase.

4. Conditions for Non-Refundable Products

No refund or return shall be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after 10 days from the date of invoice generation.
  • If the product is used, damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition.
  • If the goods are digital, perishable, customized, or non-returnable items.
  • If the goods were sold under any “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” promotion.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Products

Products sold under any “Final Sale,” “Clearance Offer,” “Promotional Discount,” or “Non-Returnable” category shall not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

This includes items sold during limited-time offers, end-of-season sales, or special promotions where the company has clearly stated that the goods are non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of purchase.

However, if such products are defective, damaged, or not as described, the company will replace them at no additional cost to the customer, as per the Replacement Policy.


5. Replacement Policy

If a product delivered by RICH VISION TRADEX PVT. LTD. is defective, damaged, or not as described, it will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. The replacement request must be raised within 10 days of delivery, along with product photos, invoice copy, and packaging details for verification.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and verified by the company’s quality team, the refund will be processed within 15 working days through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The customer will receive a confirmation message or email upon successful refund completion.


7. Commission & Refund Adjustment Policy (Updated)

If a refund or return request is made after commissions or bonuses have been disbursed for that transaction, the equivalent commission amount shall be deducted from the refundable amount before processing the refund.

Key Points:

  • If the commission payout has already been made, it will be deducted first from the product value.
  • Refund will then be calculated on the remaining amount at 85% refund value.
  • If the commission has not yet been paid, it will be automatically reversed or canceled during refund processing.
  • If the upline distributor has already received and utilized the payout, such payout shall be recovered or adjusted in the next commission cycle.

Example:

If a product worth ₹10,000 has generated ₹1,000 in commission already paid out, and the customer requests a refund later —

Calculation:
Product Price = ₹10,000
Commission Deducted = ₹1,000
Remaining Amount = ₹9,000
Refund at 85% = ₹9,000 × 85% = ₹7,650

👉 Therefore, the customer will receive ₹7,650 as a refund.

This ensures complete fairness and financial transparency across the entire sales network.

Legal Basis:
This clause is compliant with Rule 6(5) of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, ensuring that no undue financial benefit is retained by any participant after a refund.
